As we gather for worship, each Sunday, we anticipate a large number of visitors. In fact, without visitors, we would have a sense of disappointment and failure.
Jesus, in a parable, sent invitations to people from all walks of life to a great supper, saying, "Come: for all things are now ready." (Luke 14:15-24) He began the invitation by stating, "Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God."My prayer is that everyone present will feast at his table today. Thank you for helping to fill the Lord's house today.
